No — HOME CITY is an in-store shopping experience. This website is for store information. To check if we carry a specific item, call us at (289) 309-1515.
Can you hold an item for me?
Yes. Call the store and we can set an item aside for same-day pickup. Large purchased items can be held up to 48 hours.
Do you deliver?
We offer local delivery in Hamilton for large purchases. Fees vary by distance and size — ask at checkout or call for a quote.
Where do I park?
We're in the SmartCentres plaza on Upper James Street with a large free parking lot directly in front of the store.
What's your return policy?
14 days for unused items in original packaging with a receipt. Clearance and seasonal items are final sale unless defective. See the Policies section for details.
Are you open on holidays?
Holiday hours vary. Please call ahead on statutory holidays to confirm we're open before making the trip.
