What to expect when you shop with us — returns, holds, delivery and payment.

Store policies

Returns & exchanges

Unused items in original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 14 days with a receipt. Refunds go to the original payment method. Clearance and seasonal items are final sale unless defective; defective items can be exchanged within 30 days with a receipt.

Pickup & holds

All purchases are made in store. Call ahead and we'll set an item aside for same-day pickup — holds are kept until closing. Large purchased items can be held up to 48 hours for pickup.

Local delivery

Delivery within Hamilton is available for large purchases. Fees depend on distance and size — ask in store or call for a quote. We don't currently ship or sell online.

Payment

We accept cash, debit, Visa and Mastercard in store. Prices are as marked in store and may change without notice.
